Returns, exchanges and refunds.
We accept returns up to 30 days from order date, for store credit or an exchange. All items have to be in the original condition and packaging. Please contact us by email prior to sending back, which can be found on our contact page.
Store credit and exchanges will only be issued once we have received the items that have been sent back and they have been approved of the condition. Customers must bare the postage cost of sending the items back.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any earrings due to hygienic purposes.
We are happy to repair any manufacturing faults. Please send us an email containing an picture of the damaged jewellery to discuss possible options. Please check our Contact page to contact our email.
**Please note that manufacturing faults do not include: general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, snapped, chipped, scratched and plating being faded.
