Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Jewellery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on jewellery, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.

The only exception is if your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged. In this case, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

All postage costs for returning faulty items are at the customer’s expense.

Handbags

Handbags can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition it was received

Handbag returns are eligible for store credit only, not refunds.
Postage for handbag returns is at the customer’s own expense.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for handbags only (within 14 days).
Jewellery cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
Faulty jewellery can be replaced or credited; faulty handbags can be refunded, replaced, or issued store credit depending on the situation.

Lost or Incorrect Deliveries

If your parcel is lost or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
